A Life Right gives you the secure, lifelong right to occupy your residence without transfer duty or bond costs, and without the administration of conventional sectional title ownership.

When is the expected move in date?

Move-in dates follow practical completion of each phase. Reserved purchasers receive a confirmed date as their building nears handover.

What are the payment terms?

A reservation deposit secures your residence, with the balance payable on occupation. Full payment schedules are set out in the reservation agreement.

Are there any hidden costs associated with the purchase?

No. There is no transfer duty and no bond registration cost. A single monthly levy covers estate services, and is disclosed in full before you reserve.
